By placing an order through VerCairn, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

VerCairn makes every effort to display accurate colors and details, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will reflect the exact product appearance.

4. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Sale items and final sale products are not eligible for refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
